A little about me

Hi, I'm
Jingjing.

A learning experience designer and hands-on builder.

My focus is the gap between knowing and doing. Scenarios, simulations, and custom interactions give people space to practice decisions, see consequences, and improve.

Background

Learning design experience

My learning design experience spans corporate learning, healthcare, and disaster preparedness. I also have experience in accessible learning design and accessibility QA.

01 / How I work

Clarify, prototype, refine.

Start with performance.

My conversations with clients start with what learners need to do—not just what they need to know. That guides practice tailored to their goals, prior knowledge, and circumstances.

Make ideas tangible.

I use quick prototypes to communicate design ideas, helping subject-matter experts see how the experience supports performance.

Develop and refine.

Once the direction is clear, I develop the experience and refine it through rigorous testing, accessibility review, and feedback.

02 / The sweet spot

What I bring together.

Learning science
Principles of learning inform how I build on prior knowledge, manage complexity, and personalize experiences that motivate learners to act on what they learn.
Experience design
From the overall learner journey to individual interactions, I design how people explore information, make decisions, and move toward action. Prototyping and testing help refine that experience.
Technology & AI
I use AI-assisted development to build and refine custom interactions when standard tools don't fit the learning need.

03 / Personal touch

I'm happiest near water.

Outside of work, I love traveling—especially to lakes, oceans, and quiet stretches of shoreline. Lake Tahoe is one of the places I keep returning to.

Time in nature gives me room to slow down, notice more, and recharge.
